Drift acts as an intermediary connecting travelers with third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We do not directly own or manage the travel services provided through our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Drift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Booking Policies

When you make a booking through Drift, you are entering into a direct, legally binding contractual relationship with the specific travel service provider. Drift acts solely as an intermediary, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant provider and sending you a confirmation email on their behalf.

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions set by the travel service provider. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary significantly depending on the travel service provider and the type of booking (e.g., non-refundable rates vs. flexible rates). It is your responsibility to review the specific cancellation policy provided during the booking process before completing your reservation.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the travel service provider, Drift will assist in facilitating a refund or alternative arrangement in accordance with the provider's policies, but Drift is not directly liable for the refunded amount.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:

• Use any automated means (such as scraping, crawling, or spiders) to access the Services.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or speculative bookings.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drift and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the content provided through the Services.
